1 teaspoon honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the mixed microgreens, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped nuts.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper.
Step 3
